1/4 cup Canola oil
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 can tomato sauce
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and chili powder, let simmer for a minute or two, then stir in other ingredients. Ready to serve immediately or may be stored in covered container in refrigerator for three days.

Delicious poured over homemade beef, bean and cheese enchiladas and then baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
