2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
12-16 graham crackers (whole)

Icing:
3/4 stick butter
2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 inch pan with graham crackers. Melt butter over low flame. Beat eggs, milk, and sugar together. Mix with butter. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add nuts, coconut, and cracker crumbs. Pour over layer of graham crackers. Top with graham crackers.

Icing: combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Ice cookie. Chill about two hours and cut into bars
