2 C all purpose flour
1 T baking powder
Kosher salt
1/2 C unsalted butter
3/4 C full-fat butter milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl shift together flour and baking powder. Mix in 1/2 T salt.

2. Using the wide holes on a box grater, grate frozen butter into bowl.

3. Using fingers to massage the butter into flour mixture until the size of small pebbles.

4. Add buttermilk, stirring with fork, until dough comes together.

5. Dust work surface flour. Turn dough out onto work surface and knead just until it just comes together. Gently pat dough into a 1-inch-thick rectangle. Fold dough in half to make a square, then gently pat into a rectangle again. Fold in half again. Pat dough into a 6-by-9-inch rectangle about 1 inch thick. Use a sharp knife or scraper to cut dough into 6 smaller rectangles. Transfer to a baking sheet. Melt 1 T butter and brush tops of biscuits. Bake until puffed and golden, 16-18 minutes.
