1 swiss chocolate cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
½ c. sugar
12 oz. hershey chocolate candy bars, divided
12 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare cake batter according to directions on box.
2. Pour into 3 greased & floured 8 inch round cake pans.
3. BAKE at 325º for 20-25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes.
5. Remove from pans, and cool completely on wire racks.
6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until mixture is creamy.
7. Chop 9 ounces of the candy bars finely.
8. Fold cream cheese mixture and chopped candy into whipped topping.
9. Spread icing between layers and on top and sides of cake.
10. Chop remaining 3 ounces and sprinkle half of chopped candy pieces over cake.
11. Press remaining chopped candy along sides and bottom of cake.

This cake is a lot of work, but it is so worth the time. It makes a great presentation! I would not, however, take this to an outdoor summer event as the icing will melt and run!
