16 oz bag of coleslaw
8 green onions sliced thin
2 small carrots grated
2/3 green bell pepper chopped

21/2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. Sugar (I use Splenda)
1 cup Hellmann mayo
1/4 tsp garlic powder
11/4 tsp. Tony Chacheres creole seasoning
1 tsp. Black pepper

Directions:

Mix the sauce ingredients well then mix it all together with the coleslaw. Allow to 'marinade' in refrigerator for several hours - preferably overnight.

We had a favorite restaurant in Pensacola we always went too. They have since closed but my sister bought some coleslaw to go and had a friend of hers, who is a chef, dissect the coleslaw to figure out what was in it. This is what he came up with and it is really close to the original recipe!!
