40 saltine crackers
1 cup of butter
1 cup of light brown sugar
8 oz. semisweet chocolate chips ( about 1 1/3 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a 15x10x1 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and saltine crackers.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar and bring to a boil. boil 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and pour over the crackers, covering them evenly. Bake 2 to 4 minutes, or just until bubble to avoid burning. Remove from the oven and pour the chocolate chips over the crackers. When the chips melt a little bit spread them over the crackers with a knife. Transfer the pan to the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until completely cold. They will for on one big sheet. Break up into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
