1 8oz.block cream cheese
1/2 cp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. rum extract
1 cp. heavy whipping cream
1 pkg. Ladyfingers
1/2 cp. cold strong coffee
2 tsp. cocoa powder
chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and rum extract just until smooth and creamy. In another large mixing bowl, beat whipping cream until still peaks form. Gently fold in the cream cheese mixture. Arrange ladyfingers in bottom of square pyrex dish. Spoon coffee over ladyfingers, covering all of them. Spread 1/2 of cream over top, then add another layer of ladyfingers and coffee. Top with remaining cream and sprinkle cocoa over top. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Cut into squares and drizzle with chocolate syrup as you serve. You can also use cooled chocolate sauce (see recipe in book) instead of syrup.
