whipped cream
butter cream icing
1 square of unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Line the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch pan with graham cracker wafers. Cook vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of milk as directed on the package. Let cool.Spread on the graham wafers. Spread whipped cream evenly over the pudding layer. Cover with another layer of graham wafers. Ice with butter icing. Melt a square of unsweetened chocolate and dribble over the icing and streak it with a fork. Refrigerate until serving. Cut in squares to serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Pat made this when she was to bring dessert to the Hudson Yacht Club. Hence the name. Can substitute unsweetened chocolate chips for the baking chocolate square. Melt the chocolate over hot water in a double boiler or in a microwave (being careful not to burn it). The amount of whipped cream you use will determine how thick the layer is. About the same thickness of the pudding is good.
