2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, softened
1/3 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add the butter and milk and mix well. Dough should be sticky, add more milk if needed. Turn onto a floured surface and roll out or pat out with your hands. The dough should be about 1/2" thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and put onto cookie sheet. Biscuits should touch each other. Bake at 400º until lightly golden. Serve with Karo syrup or Mamer's Homemade syrup!
