1 can Grand biscuits
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and crumbled
1 C. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Add cheddar cheese and stir well. Set aside to cool. flatten out each biscuit on countertop. Put 1 heaping spoonful of the meat and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Pull the edges of the biscuit together and form a football shape. Place biscuits with the crimped edges facing down on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400º until golden brown.
