1 pkg. yeast
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 C. warm water
1/4 S. sugar
1/2 C. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. oil
1 egg, beaten
3 C. flour
1/3 C. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve pkg. of yeast with warm water. let mixture sit for 10 minutes. Mix together the sugar, boiling water, salt and oil. Add one beaten egg and yeast mixture to the sugar, water and oil. Add the flour all at once and mix with a spoon. The mixture will be very sticky. Cover and put in refrigerator for at least an hour. Dough can be left in refrigerator for up to three days. Knead and roll out to 1/2' thick on lightly floured surface. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Melt the butter in 9 x 13 pan. Dip the biscuits and dredge through the butter on both sides and then fold in half and place in pan. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 400º for 12-15 minutes.
