2 cups sifted powdered sugar (icing sugar)

4 tsp light corn syrup

4 to 6 tsp milk

Food colour (optional)

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, corn syrup and 4 tsp milk until blended. Add remaining milk, 1 tsp

at a time, until spreading consistency. If desired, stir in food colour, a drop at a time.

Spread thinly on Rolled Sugar Cookies or on cookies of your choice as a base for decorating. This glaze dries to a shiny firm finish.


BROWN COOKIE GLAZE:

Add 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder to Cookie Glaze
