2 cups powdered sugar

2 tbsp butter, softened

2 tbsp solid vegetable shortening

2 tbsp milk or lemon juice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp almond or lemon extract

Food colour (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixer bowl at low speed, beat powdered sugar, butter, shortening, milk or lemon juice, vanilla

and almond or lemon extract until blended. At medium high speed beat until light and fluffy. If desired

beat in food colour, a drop at a time.
