5 lbs. potatoes, boiled
2 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 medium onion, chopped
9 to 10 sweet pickles, chopped
1/4 c. Ranch Dressing
2 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
black pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
Seasoned Salt to taste

Boil potatoes and let cool. Remove skins and cut into chunks. Chop the eggs, onion and pickles. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients. Stir well with large spoon. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

I learned how to make this dish before I met Maurice. This is the way Mamer made potato salad. I entered into our marriage with very few skills in the cooking department.
