8 oz. fresh whole mushrooms
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, browned & drained
1 C. cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry mushrooms. Pop out stem. Set aside. In a large skillet, brown sausage and drain grease. Add cheese to sausage and mix well. Put a heaping spoonful of sausage mixture into each mushroom. Place in pie plate or cookie sheet. Sprinkle tops of mushrooms heavily with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400º until lightly browned on top. Serve immediately.
