1 1/2 C. kosher salt
6 garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tbl. whole peppercorns
5 whole bay leaves
3 C. apple cider
3 oranges, sliced
2 C. brown sugar
4 Tbl. rosemary
2 gallons of cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large stock pot. Boil for 3-5 minutes. Let cool completely. Place turkey in liquid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
