1 can black beans
2 limes
6 cloves garlic
fresh cilantro
fresh parsley
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 hot pepper, or cayenne pepper to taste
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and drain black beans. Cut peel off limes, remove any seeds. Put beans, lime, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, salt and hot pepper (if using) in food processor or blender. Blend all until just a little chunky. Transfer to a bowl and add cayenne (if using) and black pepper to taste.
