1/2 cup of chopped onion 4 tablespoons of butter half a pound prosciutto half cup of chicken broth half teaspoon of salt 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1 pound of pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the onion in the butter until tender, add the prosciutto, cook for ten minutes, add the chicken broth and salt. Simmer ten more minutes. When the pasta is almost done add the heavy cream and simmer until thick, stir in the grated cheese and parsley. Serve over pasta. Enjoy!
