1 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups whole milk
2 teaspoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl except melted butter and mix with a hand mixer until combined. Drizzle butter into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
2. Heat nonstick skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/3 cup into the middle of the pan and move pan to spread the batter to make a large circle. Cook for a couple minutes or until the batter starts to look set. Flip over and continue cooking for a couple minutes more until a nice golden color.
