2 Cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 Cup unsweetened flaked dried coconut
1/2 Cup almonds, coarsely chopped
1/2 Cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375º
-Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
-Combine oil, honey, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
-Add to oat mixture, stir well to coat.
-Spread oat mixture in a single lawyer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring once after 10 minutes.
- Cool completely

I love granola!! I change it up all the time. You can add different nuts, raisins, dried fruit. What ever you like. I like to put it in yogurt with fresh fruit.

Make some oatmeal and add some of this coconut granola, blackberries, and some orange and grapefruit slices. Delicious!!!!

Much tastier and healthier then store granola!!
