8 eggs, beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
1/2 onion, chopped and sauted with sausage
4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. season salt

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
