1 cup Quick Oats
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 cup fresh Blueberries
Almonds - sliced or slivered

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Add egg, milk & oil.
Fold in berries (frozen is ok too as long as not a lot of excess ice)
Fill lined muffin tin, about 2/3 of the way each.
Sprinkle almonds on top before baking.
Bake 18 minutes at 400º.
Makes 12 muffins.

Healthy & Delicious! They freeze well. I like them warm, I use my toaster oven not the microwave.
