1-14 oz. cans artichoke hearts
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 1 artichoke heart to place in the center of the dip. Place remaining hearts in food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until finely chopped. Place artichokes and the rest of the ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour into casserole dish and place whole artichoke in the center. Bake at 300º for 45 minutes.
