2 pounds of seedless grapes
2 TBS olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Serve with crackers,crostini and goat cheese or ricotta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix grapes ,oil,salt and pepper. Spread on greased baking sheet. Roast at 400º for 30 min until grapes burst.
Serve with crackers and goat cheese
