3 pints mushrooms
10 strips crisp bacon crumbled
3/4 cup mayonnaise
season salt to taste
1 medium onion chopped
1 1/2cup grated sharp cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Chop stems, mix with bacon mayonnaise, salt and onion.
Fill mushroom caps. Top with grated cheese.
Bake in pyrex dish, covered with foil at 325º for 15-20 minutes.
