Ingredients:  
3/4c flour
1t baking powder
1/4t salt
1c salt
1c chopped dates
1c coconut
2 eggs (well beaten)
1t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, then add your dates, nuts, coconut, eggs and vanilla. Spread 1/2inch thick on buttered cookie sheet and bake 350ºF 10-12 minutes. While still warm roll into balls about size of walnuts and roll in colored sugar or plain sugar.

These can be made a week or so ahead of time
