Ingredients:
2 packages of yeast
2 cups warm water
1 tbsp salt
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup oil
6 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Mix in remaining flour making a soft dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl ensuring that all the dough is covered with oil. (At this point the dough can be refrigerated 3-4 days.)
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a ward place until it is double in size, about 1 hour. Press the dough, it is ready if the impression remains. Divide into 2-3 parts and place in greased loaf pans. Brush with oil. Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour. Heat oven to 375º. Place loaf pans in the center of the lower rack. Bake for 30-35 min, until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
