2 1/4c oatmeal
2 1/4c light brown sugar
3T flour
1t salt
1c butter or margarine
1 egg
1t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in bowl, oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and salt. Stir in butter, egg and vanilla. Blend well place at least 2 inches apart on heavy cookie sheet. Bake until light brown about 7 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet as soon as they can be moved.

Makes about 90 cookies.
