Liquid Pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Open jars and pour into saucepan.
On high heat, stirring constantly,
Bring to a full boil that doesn’t stop bubbling when stirred.
FOR EACH CUP OF JELLY,
Add 3 Tablespoons SUGAR
1½ teaspoons LIQUID PECTIN
Stir until well blended.
Return to full rolling boil on high heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Skim off any foam.
Pour jelly into clean prepared jars & seal.
Use boiling water bath method to process jars for TEN MINUTES

REDUCING THE SUGAR IN ORIGINAL RECIPE IS ONE REASON THAT WILL RESULT IN SET FAILURE
