1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg (4-serving size) Jello vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 4 oz. pkg. bakers german sweet chocolate, melted
4 eggs
1¼ c. buttermilk
¼ c. oil

Coconut filling:

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
½ c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ bakers angel coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend; beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into three greased and floured 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove and finish cooling on racks.

Coconut filling:

Combine all ingredients except coconut and pecans in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans. Cool. Beating occasionally until of spreading consistency.
