3 boneless chicken breasts
1 cp. diced carrots
1/2 cp. diced celery
1 chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
32 oz. chicken stock
2 cps. water
1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 box Rice-a-Roni long grain wild rice
1 cp. milk
1/2 cp. plain flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken and vegetables in crockpot. Add bay leaf, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour in the chicken stock and water. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours. Shred chicken with forks. Mix milk and flour together until no lumps remain and stir into crockpot. Pour rice along with the seasoning packet into the soup and stir. Cover and allow to cook another 30 min.
