1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
4 oz. imitation crab
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
salt and pepper
10 oz. romaine, torn
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1 red onion thinly sliced

Dressing: 2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 T. water
1 tsp.olive oil

Directions:
Boil shrimp, drain and rinse. While still warm, add crab. Toss with oregano, salt and pepper. Chill. In a bowl, toss remaining ingredients. Add shrimp and crab. To make dressing, mix lemon juice, water and mustard. Whisk in olive oil. Add to salad, toss and serve.
