3-4 lbs. Chicken Parts (I prefer whole legs with the drumstick and thigh together)
1/4 c. Flour
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/3 c. Butter or Margarine

1. Preheat oven to 425º F.

2. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towels. In a pie pan, combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture.

3. Put butter in a shallow baking pan; place in oven to melt. When butter is melted, arrange chicken in the baking pan in a single layer, skin side down. Bake at 425º for 30 minutes; turn and bake 15 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender and done.
