3/4 c. Mayo
1/2 Lime
2 T. Smoked Paprika
1 T. Cumin
2 tsp. Garlic Powder (or 1 Garlic Clove, minced)
1/2 T. Smoked Chipotle Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Spread over the corn on the cob.

3. Garnish with diced cilantro and Cojita cheese.
