9 large potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peeled potatoes and boil until done. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator. May be used anytime within 2 weeks. To use, place desired amount in greased casserole, dot with butter and bake in moderate oven (350º) until heated thru. Makes 8-12 servings.

Grandma Phyllis gave me this recipe and I make it for Thanksgiving every year. I can make it a few days ahead of time to lessen the cooking on Thanksgiving Day. I have even used the slow cooker to reheat them which frees up oven space.
