2 lb. carrots, raw
10 oz. can tomato soup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Barbeque Sauce Original
1 medium green pepper,
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut carrots into 1" slices. Steam in a pot until soft. In a saucepan combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat about 5 minutes. Chill, stirring occasionally. Add carrots to sauce and refrigerate in a tightly covered container for 1 hour. Serve cold.
