⅓ cup flour
1 Tbs flour
1 tsp salt - divided
½ tsp black pepper - divided
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbs water
1½ cups plain bread crumbs (Progresso)
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
4 cubed steaks
5 Tbs butter - divided
1 cup milk

Steaks:
1. in shallow dish #1 combine ⅓ cup flour, salt, ¼ black pepper
2. in shallow dish #2 combine eggs and water
3. in shallow dish #3 combine bread crumbs and cayenne pepper
4. Coat steaks with flour mixture (dish #1) then dip in egg mixture (#2) and coat with bread crumb mixture (#3)
5. In large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 Tbs butter. Add steaks and fry 3 - 4 minutes per side. Drain on paper town-line platter and cover to keep warm
Gravy:
Melt 1 Tbs butter in skillet over low heat. Add 1 Tbs flour and stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute. Gradually add mile. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper.

Serve steaks topped with gravy
