1½ tbsp butter
¼ cup chopped onion
⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
½ tsp minced garlic
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb. yellow corn kernels (frozen)
1 15 oz can cream style corn
½ fresh ripe tomato
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add chopped onion, bell pepper and garlic ans saute until tender.
Add white pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar and frozen corn kernels. Stir well, cover pot and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until corn is tender.
Add cream style corn, chopped tomato and salt. Bring pot up to simmer and cook 5 more minutes.
