10 cups water and 3 cups sugar. Mix together in large pot on the stove until sugar is dissolved. LET COOL.

For every 4 cups of the sweet water mixture, mix 6 oz Everclear and 2 tsps of flavoring. You can use whatever kind of extract you want, but root beer's the best, and watkins is the only place that makes it! Rootbeer concentrate also works.
