1 Cup Butter melted
2 Cups granulated sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
2 Large Eggs
2 3/4 Cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp salt

Topping
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Preheat Oven to 350

Grease and flour or line with parchment paper, a 13x9 pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine, melted butter, sugar and milk

Add eggs and stir until combined

In second bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and salt.

Stir into butter mixture until combined

Pour batter into prepared pan

Mixed together in a small bowl, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Sprinkle over batter and cook at 350 for 25-28 minutes
