Crust: 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
6 T. butter

Filling: 4 1/2 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 2/3 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 cup Bailey's Irish cream
1 T. vanilla

Garnish: 1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 T. Kahlua

Directions:
Combine crust ingredients, mix well. Press into and 1 inch up sides of a greased 10" spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, mix well. Add eggs, Irish cream and vanilla. Pour into cooled crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until center is almost set. Let cool at room temperature for one hour, refrigerate overnight. In mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar and Kahlua until stiff peaks form. Pipe around edges of cheesecake.
