1 Corned Beef Brisket
New potatoes, small or cut into large chunks
Carrots, sliced into 2 in. sticks
Rutabaga, cut into chunks
Cabbage, wedged

Directions:
Directions:
Cover corned beef with water. Add seasoning packet that comes with it. Boil 2 hours.
Add potatoes, rutabaga, and carrots. Boil 30 minutes.
Add cabbage. Boil 15 minutes more.
Take out corned beef and slice to serve. Take out vegetables to serve.

Traditionally served with Irish Soda Bread.
