1 large baking potato for each person
2 Tbls. butter for each potato
Half and Half or Evaporated can milk

Optional ingredients for bake potato toppings:
Sour Cream
Chopped green onions
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Ground beef, cooked
Chili with beans
Broccoli with cheese
Chopped crab meat

Be creative and make your own.
Prepare topping or stuffing while potatoes are cooking.

Wash and bake potatoes until done. (350º for 1 1/2 hours or until a knife inserts easily)
Cut the top off the potato in the shape of a football leaving a space for stuffing.
Scoop out the cooked potato and put in a bowl. For each potato add a Tbls. of butter and just enough cream to mash.
Re stuff the potato, now ready for the topping.

There are several ways to stuff or top the potato. If using chili, put the chili on top and serve.
If using a vegetable and grated cheese, melt cheese on top of the vegetable in the oven before serving.
If using crab meat, mix a small amount of sour cream, grated cheese and green onion, top on potato and heat in oven until cheese is melted.
Butter and sour cream with chives.

Again, be creative and try your own ideas.

This is one of the easiest meals to make and a good standby. It is like a traditional baked potato but just a little more fancy. Serve a nice salad with then and it makes a healthy meal.
