For the Starter:
1 pkg active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
1 cup all purpose flour + 1/1/2 cup on Day 10
1 cup granulated sugar + 1/1/2 cup on Day 10
1 cup Warm skim milk (110 degrees F) + 1/1/2 cup on Day 10

For the Bundt:
3 large eggs
1 cup oil (vegetable or canola)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups all purpose flour
1 large box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp kosher salt

For the Cinnamon Streusel:
8 tbsp butter at room temperature
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Note: Do not refrigerate starter. It is normal for the batter to rise and ferment. If air gets in the bag, let it out.
Day 1: Do Nothing
Day 2-5: Mash the bag each day and let out any air that may get in the bag.
Day 6: Add to bag, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup skim milk, Mash the bag
Day 7-9: Mash the bag eah day and let out any air that may get in the bag
Day 10: Follow the directions in steps 1-4 below

1. Pour the entire bag into a non-metal bowl
2. Add 1 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cup skim milk
3. Measure out 1 cup batter into 4 separate gallon ziploc bags
4. Keep one of the bags for yourself and give the other bags to 3 friends along with the recipe

Baking instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit

To the remaining batter, add the above ingredients listed as for the Bundt. Mix thoroughly.
Pour half the batter into greased bundt pan. sprinkle 1/2 of streusel mixture over batter, pour remaining batter and sprinkle remaining streusel mixture on top
