1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1 can Jelled Cranberry sauce
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Dried Red Pepper
Cranberry Conserve (from extra's section)

Directions:
Mix the Orange Juice, brown sugar, cranberry sauce, cinnamon and Red Pepper in a sauce pan. Blend well and simmer over a medium heat, stirring often. Heat until sugar and cranberry are completely melted.

Lightly Salt and Pepper the Pork Loin then set in a dish bound for the fridge. Coat the meat with 1 cup of the cranberry mixture, making sure to get the bottom too. Cover and let Marinate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350º and pour 1/2 cup of cranberry mixture over the pork loin. Cover and bake until center temp reaches 160º , about 45 minutes. Slice and apply a dollop of Cranberry Conserve to each slice. Serve.
