1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 cp. chopped celery
1 small bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pour first 3 ingredients into cooker on high. Brown beef in skillet and place in slow cooker. Saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic in same skillet with grease left from beef (about 1/4 cp. grease). Spoon into cooker and stir in seasonings. Cover and cook on high 3 hours. Remove lid, stir and continue cooking on low until ready to serve over cooked pasta.
