2 Game hens
1/4 cup Onion, diced
2 garlic Cloves, sliced
6-10 carrots
10 Large Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
Mrs Dash Original Seasoning
1 1/2 cup Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen game hens or use fresh with skin on. Place diced onion and garlic in the bottom of a baking dish, distributing evenly. Peel the carrots & slice them lengthwise to make spears. Add to dish. Stuff as much of the rosemary and thyme as will fit in the cavity of the game hens, reserving a few small sprigs for later, then place them breast up on top of the carrots. Sprinkle with Mrs Dash then cover with honey. Add remaining sprigs to the top of the birds. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour, until birds are done on the inside.
If using a Solar Oven let bake for 2-3 hours in full sun.
When fully cooked, spoon juices over the birds and then serve.
