Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb venison steak or beef steak (such as round 1/4 inch thick)
1 pkg onion soup mix (I buy Food Club from Market Street - no msg)
Olive Oil
2 cups tomato juice
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 large poblano peppers - sliced into rings or strips - your choice
1 can mushroom pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat with olive oil (I do this in the casserole dish I am using)
Sprinkle meat with soup mix on both sides
Layer peppers and mushrooms on top
Mix the cornstarch and tomato juice together and pour over meat
Bake at 375 degrees for one hour
