4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
salt, pepper
8oz ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. each of chopped black olives, parsley and onions
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
1 box of linguini.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Season inside and out with the salt and pepper. Combine Ricotta cheese, with olives, parsley, onions and garlic salt. Place approximately 1/4 cup of this filing into the pocket of each chicken breast. Arrange chicken breast in 9" x 13" baking pan and cover with pasta sauce. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 3 minutes more or until cheese melts. Serve over pasta. Enjoy!
