Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons melted salted butter
1 1/2 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoon + 1 tsp. honey
4 ears corn, cut into 2-inch pieces
Paprika, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the garlic-herb butter mixture by combining the butter, parsley, garlic and honey. Stir to combine well. Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook the corn, about 5 minutes. Drain. Brush the butter mixture generously on each corn, then finish off by “roasting” them on a cast-iron grill pan on high heat, for about 5 minutes, or until the surface is slightly charred. You can also roast it in the oven at 400F for about 10-15 minutes or until the surface turns slightly charred. Drizzle some paprika on the corn, if using, and serve immediately. Serves 4.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I roast the corn before drizzling with the butter mixture. When served with ribs or chicken, all I can say is yum
